As an Audit Manager, you will take on a key leadership role within the audit team, managing both clients and staff. You'll oversee a wide range of audit assignments, ensuring high-quality results and delivering exceptional client service. Your role will involve working closely with Senior Leadership, contributing to strategic decisions, and supporting the firm's growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to step into a leadership role and drive the continued success of the audit function.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with strong experience in audit management. You'll be adept at managing teams, building client relationships, and identifying areas for improvement within audit processes. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse client base, develop your professional skills, and contribute to the firm's ongoing success.

The position is based in beautifully renovated offices in Bristol, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

You will make an impact by:

Accredited with CA, ACA, or ACCA qualifications Background in auditing or general practice is preferred In-depth understanding of FRS 102, with familiarity in IFRS considered advantageous Experience in handling special projects or technical assignments is a plus Skilled in using Excel, Word, CCH Accounts Production, and CCH Audit Automation Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
