About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Oversee a portfolio of audit clients, including SMEs, groups, and not-for-profit organizations. Audit Assignments: Plan, execute, and finalize audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Risk Assessment: Identify high-level risks within businesses during the audit process and provide valuable insights. Financial Statements: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP, FRS 102, and IFRS. Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and support a team of qualified auditors and active studiers, ensuring their professional development and performance.

About You: Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualified, with a strong track record in post-qualification roles. Experience: Demonstrable experience in auditing and financial statement preparation, particularly in a senior capacity. Leadership: Passionate about developing and supervising audit teams. Technical Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and IFRS, alongside familiarity with modern audit technologies and regulations.
