Audit Manager

We are looking for an Audit Manager to join our newly refurbished office in London. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries. As a key leadership figure within the Audit team, you will lead and develop members of the audit team whilst ensuring clients receive a quality service in all aspects. You’ll make an impact by: Identifying and resolving key audit matters and contentious items, in consultation with the client, senior members of the team and our national technical team as appropriate. Briefing and overseeing staff on assignments and providing on-the-job training as required. Attending and presenting at client audit committee and board meetings. Assisting with business development opportunities, including participation in scoping and pitching. Attending and participating in networking events. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent. Previous experience of carrying out Assurance-related tasks within a professional services firm, ideally at Manager grade. Proven experience in client handling and in producing high-quality Assurance. Experience of analytical review approach desirable.
