Audit Manager Location: Farnham, Surrey Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 Our client is a growing top 40 accountancy practice that has several offices in Central and Southern England. To support the organisation’s growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an Audit Manager to join their Farnham Audit team. Audit Manager Candidate Requirements ACCA / ACA qualified with at least 3 years post-qualified experience in a UK practice environment with proven experience of producing high quality audits. Excellent communication, interpersonal and client management skills. This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options paying a salary of £55,000 to £75,000 plus excellent benefits. Audit Manager - your key responsibilities will include: Develop and apply your technical and commercial knowledge to provide expert advice and exceed client expectations. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and become their primary point of contact. Your portfolio will consist of both new and established clients. Respond to ad hoc client queries. Lead and manage audit assignments to completion, manage people and delivery of the assignment, budgets, billing recovery, and client engagement and satisfaction. Contribute to the management of the audit team, audit procedures, and more widely, to the whole compliance team. Line manage a small number of more junior team members. Consider technical audit and accounting developments and provide training to ensure the team are updated so that high standards are maintained.
