As an

Audit Manager , you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients across a range of industries, ensuring high-quality audit services while managing and mentoring a team of auditors. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a leadership position within a

collaborative and supportive firm . Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion for a variety of clients. Oversee a portfolio of

owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporates , ensuring compliance with

UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards . Develop strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and providing proactive business advice. Review audit files, ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality work. Manage audit teams, including coaching and mentoring junior staff to support their development. Assist in business development activities, including networking and identifying opportunities to expand the firm's client base. Work closely with partners and directors to support the firm's growth and service delivery. About You:

ACA/ACCA qualified

with significant experience in

external audit

within an

accountancy practice . Strong technical knowledge of

UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards . Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage audit teams and develop staff. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience managing multiple audit engagements and meeting deadlines.
