Ambition are collaborating with a top 10 accountancy firm to recruit an Audit Manager for their Guildford office. The key duties will include;
Manage and oversee a client portfolio with significant responsibility, including your team's portfolios and contributing to workflow planning.
Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Manage a portfolio of audit clients and prepare accounts and corporation tax computations/returns for limited companies.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and provide practical guidance on regulatory matters such as tax and VAT regulations, UK law requirements, and good governance principles.
Support local partners with ad hoc duties as necessary.
Working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP.
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent.
Experience auditing clients across various industries.
Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members.
