We are hiring for an ambitious and capable Audit Manager – Charities and not-for-profit specialist to join a top thirty accountancy firm in their Horsham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACA/ACCA qualified auditor to progress their career with a fast-growing firm that is a flexible and supportive employer. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day audit management for a portfolio of charities and not-for-profit organisations, ensuring that audits are completed on budget and in compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines. You will act as line manager to more junior team members, monitoring and reviewing their work and assisting with their professional development. You will be responsible for workflow and billing, and will also work closely with senior managers and partners to promote the firm and improve client experience. About you:
