Your new role Responsible for dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients. Act as a major point of contact within the firm for the client together with the Partner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels, being a principal point of contact throughout the year. Develop a strong commercial understanding of the clients' businesses. Identify and recognise business and sales opportunities with new clients, and inform the Partner as appropriate. Act as an ambassador of the firm, participate in office marketing events, keep abreast of the wide range of service the firm offers. Assist in the recruitment, retention, development and motivation of your team, which includes participating in graduate recruitment. Ensure appropriate objectives and development plans are in place for members of your team. Complete assignments within agreed budgets and timescales and identify opportunities for additional billings. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant, ACA or ACCA or equivalent. You will have UK experience and could already be a manager in a smaller firm or looking to step up to manager grade and further your career.
What you'll get in return You will receive a salary dependent on experience up to £65,000 along with a range of benefits. Hybrid working and flexible working options are available.
