About the Role This role offers the chance to work with prestigious clients, including well-known charities, housing associations, schools, academies, and professional bodies. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of non-profit clients, deliver exceptional audit services, and contribute to the development of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of external audit clients, ensuring year-round service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Lead multiple audit teams, ensuring completion within agreed budgets and timelines. Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing proactive and insightful support. Prepare and present reports to senior management and Audit Committees/Boards. Direct, coach, and mentor audit teams to foster their development. Engage in business development activities, including proposals and presentations. Participate in firm-wide training and assurance services as needed. A genuine interest in the not-for-profit sector. Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
