I am currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Audit Manager to join a highly respected Top 20 firm based in London. This exciting opportunity offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance office and remote working, while working with a diverse range of clients. This role is particularly focused on technology and real estate clients, providing you with the chance to develop expertise in these fast-growing and dynamic sectors. What you will be doing as an Audit Manager: Lead audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, with a special emphasis on

technology

and

real estate . Manage and develop relationships with clients, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction. Oversee and mentor a team of junior staff, providing coaching and guidance throughout audits. Plan, execute, and review audits in line with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Provide strategic advice and insight to clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Liaise with senior stakeholders within the firm, ensuring efficient communication and smooth delivery of services. Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. What you'll need to succeed: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant experience in audit management. Proven experience working within a Top 20 firm or similar (can come from a smaller firm as well). Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit methodology. Solid experience working with clients in the technology and/or real estate sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to manage a team and take responsibility for multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Why join this firm? Group life assurance.
