You will be responsible for:
Managing a client portfolio with gross recurring fees of £500,000 or more, with a concentration on audit services and business advisory work. Promoting the firm's interests to current and prospective clients, as well as other parties. Mentoring and supervising junior employees, especially trainees, and assisting with their growth. Assisting with internal training and practice growth, such as finding business prospects and delivering client pitches. Requirements:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and Advisory Skills. Experience with SMEs and Owner-Managed Businesses. Proactive and Hands-On Approach. Benefits:
