Your Role: As an Audit Manager, you will: - Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction. - Be commercially attuned to clients' businesses, providing value beyond the audit. - Oversee audit assignments, manage staff, and ensure timely completion of projects. - Drive business development initiatives, including networking and supporting new client acquisitions. - Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to their professional growth.

Who We're Looking For: You are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA) with substantial external audit experience, ideally working with SMEs, OMBs, or entrepreneurial clients. You thrive in business development and have a strong grasp of auditing standards and industry nuances. Leadership experience, along with a knack for managing teams and budgets, will distinguish you.
