An exciting opportunity has arisen for an existing Audit Manager to join a prestigious UK Top 50 firm of Chartered Accountants. This role is based in Uxbridge and offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, with an emphasis on owner-managed businesses.

Fantastic culture and friendly environment. Your role as an Audit Manager: Manage a portfolio of 75% Audit and 25% Accounts. Working with a wide range of clients, with annual fees of around £500k+. Oversee all aspects of accounting and audit work, from planning to completion. Supervise and review staff outputs, ensuring quality and accuracy in accounts and audit production. Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Work directly with partners and attend client meetings to discuss progress and deliverables. Review accounts and corporation tax deliverables, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Participate in practice development activities, including networking, prospecting, and new client proposals. Support the growth and development of the office and team, collaborating with managers and partners. What you'll need to succeed: You must be ACA/ACCA Qualified with post qualification experience. Existing experience within a Managerial role within a mid-tier UK accountancy practice. Strong technical knowledge of auditing, including FRS102. Proven ability to manage the audit process from planning through to the completion of financial statements. Experience with Digita and Caseware is desirable. Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
