Audit Manager Up to 65k annually Farnham based

Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop and apply your technical and commercial knowledge to provide expert advice and exceed client expectations. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, becoming their primary point of contact. Your portfolio will consist of both new and established clients, and you will be encouraged to develop further revenue streams within it, as well as assist in bringing new clients to the firm. Respond to ad-hoc client queries. Lead and manage audit assignments to completion, overseeing people, budgets, billing recovery, and ensuring client engagement and satisfaction. Provide support on tenders, proposals, and other business development activities to promote the firm and enhance your external profile. Contribute to the management of the audit team, audit procedures, and the broader compliance team. Line manage a small number of junior team members. Monitor technical audit and accounting developments, providing training to ensure the team stays updated and high standards are maintained. You need ACCA / ACA qualified, with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a UK practice environment. At least 6 years of experience in a UK practice, with previous experience operating at the Assistant Manager level or above. Proven experience of producing high-quality audits. Aptitude for assisting with business development activities. Strong self-starter with a commercial approach. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
