With a proven history of nurturing talent, many of their Seniors, Supervisors, Managers, and Partners have advanced their careers within the firm. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare audits and accounts, conduct fieldwork, and finalize audits for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with technical and professional standards. Lead on-site fieldwork to deliver high-quality audit products for manager or partner review. Prepare UK corporation tax returns and supporting calculations for corporate clients. Handle ad hoc technical projects as required. Coordinate with clients through relevant managers to resolve queries or gather additional information. Collaborate closely with Partners and Managers, advising them on any unresolved issues. Mentor new trainees, providing on-the-job training and feedback to support their development and inform the management team. Balance the needs and expectations of various Partners and Managers. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Engage in the training and mentoring of team members within the audit team. Ideal Candidate:

Part-qualified or nearing ACA/ACCA qualification. Experience in conducting external audits from planning to completion. Proficient in preparing statutory accounts under UK GAAP - FRS 102 S1A and FRS 102. Experience in preparing statutory accounts under IFRS is a plus. Familiarity with Caseware and Alphatax software packages is beneficial but not essential.
