We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our expanding Heathrow team. Ideally, you will have experience from a Big 4 or Top 10 environment and be ready to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while managing a team of auditors. The firm's progressive approach means you'll have the opportunity to advance your career rapidly if you demonstrate talent and commitment What you will be doing as an Audit Semi Senior Audit Planning: Actively involved in the planning phase of audits, including risk assessment, materiality calculation, and designing audit strategies. Fieldwork Execution: Participate in on-site audit fieldwork, conducting substantive testing, analytical review, and ensuring compliance with audit standards. Audit Completion: Assist in the completion stage, including preparing audit reports, discussing findings with clients, and ensuring all audit documentation is accurate and complete. Client Interaction: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and understanding their unique needs. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior auditors and managers, contributing to team success and sharing knowledge with junior team members. What you'll need to succeed Ideally you will have a minimum of 18 months audit experience, ideally within a professional services firm. Actively studying towards ACA or ACCA qualification with a strong exam record to date. Strong technical knowledge of audit processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
