Role Overview:

As an Accounts Semi Senior, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential accounting support to a range of clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing accounts, assisting with tax matters, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role offers the chance to enhance your accounting skills, engage with clients directly, and be an integral part of the practice's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accounts, financial statements, and management accounts for a variety of clients. Assist clients with tax compliance, including VAT returns and self-assessment tax returns. Maintain accurate and organized financial records using accounting software. Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and ensure accuracy. Support the team with client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance. Contribute to team discussions and meetings, sharing insights to improve service delivery. Qualifications and Skills:

AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA or ACA. Some experience (X+ years) working in an accountancy practice, demonstrating a solid understanding of accounting principles. Familiarity with tax regulations, VAT, and self-assessment tax returns. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills for effective client interactions. Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn. Benefits:
