Role Overview: As an Audit Semi Senior, you will play a vital role in supporting the audit team, working with a diverse range of clients, and contributing to the successful completion of audit assignments. Your responsibilities will encompass audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting. This position offers a unique chance to progress within the business, enhance your auditing skills, and achieve your professional qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements for a variety of clients. Conduct fieldwork, including substantive testing and analytical procedures. Prepare working papers and audit documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate effectively with audit seniors and managers to ensure the timely completion of assignments. Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to the audit team. Stay informed about changes in auditing and accounting standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service. Pursue professional qualifications with study support provided by the firm. Qualifications and Skills: AAT qualified or studying towards ACA or ACCA qualification. Prior audit experience (X+ years) within an accountancy practice. Strong knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Enthusiasm for learning and pursuing professional qualifications. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
