Lead and manage audit assignments Ensure all audits are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes Provide mentorship to junior members of the audit team Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in all areas of audit and financial reporting Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Accounting & Finance department The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Semi Senior should have: Proven experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry Exceptional knowledge of audit and financial reporting A qualification in Accounting & Finance - ACCA/ACA part qualified or AAT considered Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong client relationship management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills What's on Offer
