Key Responsibilities: Planning, execution, and completion of audits, reporting directly to managers and partners. Preparation of accounts, reports, and other assignments as required. Co-ordinating planning at clients, including liaising with relevant internal departments. Building strong relationships with clients and related third parties. Leading on-site audit teams and completing jobs with minimal supervision, to deadlines and within budget. Promoting the firm's services to existing clients and prospects as part of business development. Supporting and supervising trainees. Required Skills & Attributes: AAT Qualified and/or studying towards ACA/ACCA qualification, with the professional/applied skills stage completed. Minimum of 18 months' experience in Audit and Assurance within an accountancy practice. Experience leading external audit assignments from fieldwork to completion stages under International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Experience in preparing accounts under UK GAAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Strong communication skills with senior staff and clients. Motivated to take responsibility and deliver high-quality services. Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions. Why Join?
