Job Description Leading and managing audits in accordance with firm methodology and standards. Preparing and reviewing audit work papers and summaries of significant findings. Communicating with clients about their financial and operational processes. Mentoring and training junior team members. Ensuring compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements. Proactively managing financial reporting and audit risks. Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the company's strategy and policy making. Potential to get involved with other aspects of the firm. The Successful Applicant A successful Audit Senior should have: A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) or working towards a qualification. Proven experience in an Auditing role. Experience in leading Audits is preferable but not essential. Strong technical auditing knowledge with proficiency in IFRS.
