About the Role

The role involves working on a range of clients, from start-ups to well-established businesses, including prestigious listed entities. You will manage audit engagements and contribute to business development, all within a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary contact for day-to-day queries. Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget. Review and coach junior staff, providing on-the-job training and fostering their development. Contribute to business development by identifying sales opportunities and preparing proposals. Assist in the preparation of Audit Findings Reports and presenting them to clients. Monitor progress against budgets and provide solutions for issues identified during audits. Maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and providing solutions. Proficient in UKGAAP accounting, Microsoft Office, and audit methodology. Demonstrated ability to manage audits and lead client relationships.
