Audit Senior, Leatherhead . Our client is a firm of Chartered Accountants who seek to appoint a qualified Audit Senior to join their successful, thriving and highly motivated team. This Audit Senior position offers an excellent opportunity to progress and develop within a well-established and progressive firm.
Ideally, you will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a good general practice background, and be looking to work with a recognised firm in the Surrey area. A car driver will be required to attend meetings with Clients however the role does not involve extensive travelling. The Partners will consider candidates who currently work in a smaller independent firm who may only have a small amount of Audit experience and wish to develop in this area, or candidates coming from a larger firm who would like more autonomy as an Audit Senior.
The Role
The Audit Senior will work with owner-managed businesses across a wide range of industries, mainly in the Surrey area with a few in London. You will be responsible for the following:
Managing the audit process Managing junior members of the team Preparing statutory accounts Controlling budgets About You
Ideally, you will have experience supervising junior staff You will be able to work both independently and collaboratively Effective communication with clients and staff, regardless of their level, is essential The Rewards
