My client is a very well-respected independent firm in the Exeter area. Joining their audit and corporate services team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Undertaking the completion of audits for small and medium size entities including charities and academies in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing.
Accurately completing assignments within agreed timescales.
Assisting in the mentoring and development of junior staff.
This role would suit a part or recently qualified ACA or ACCA, though consideration will also be given to excellent candidates who have not undergone formal qualifications. A very strong background in audit and statutory accounts preparation in an accountancy practice environment is essential, and you should also be a strong communicator with the ability to confidently liaise with your clients.
