Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing audits for a diverse range of clients.
Preparing and reviewing audit planning and work.
Ensuring audit files have all relevant documentation on the appropriate section.
Supervising and mentoring junior members of the audit team.
Liaising with clients to understand their business and to manage expectations.
Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Continuously updating knowledge of audit regulations and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
Significant experience in audit within an accountancy practice.
Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office suite.
