Job Description Lead and manage audit engagements to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Review and verify financial statements and accounting records for accuracy and compliance. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Participate in the development of audit plans and risk management strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in accounting standards and regulations. Work in collaboration with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to client service delivery. Contribute to the company's growth and success through active business development activities. The Successful Applicant A successful Audit Senior should have: A degree in accounting, finance or a related field, with relevant professional certifications. Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing audit engagements. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
