Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion. Supervise and mentor junior members of the audit team, ensuring adherence to best practices. Review and finalise audit files, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Identify and resolve audit issues, providing recommendations for improvement. Assist in business development activities and contribute to the firm's growth strategy. The Ideal Candidate: ACA/ACCA qualified (or nearing qualification). Proven experience in leading audits within an accountancy practice. Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
