Key Performance Areas:
Lead audits and manage assignments from planning through to completion.
Work closely with clients to ensure timely and relevant information.
Train, supervise, and coordinate junior team members.
Deliver high-quality work within agreed timeframes.
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualification or near qualification, with significant audit experience (70%+ time spent on audit).
Experience in financial statement preparation (FRS102, IFRS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships.
Knowledge of CaseWare, CCH software, and group consolidation is a plus.
A passion for delivering exceptional client service and team collaboration.
