Technical Expertise:
Stay current with developments in audit and financial reporting standards and related matters.
Advisory Role:
Provide advanced technical guidance and audit planning advice to clients.
Support for Audit Leadership:
Assist Audit Partners and Directors in planning audits and local reporting tasks.
Team Management and Development:
Lead and support a team of audit staff, helping them achieve their goals while fostering skill development and capability growth.
Client Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other contacts. Act as the primary contact for larger clients on day-to-day audit matters.
Efficient Audit Execution:
Collaborate closely with the audit team to ensure all audit tasks are performed efficiently and in compliance with the Firm's audit policies and relevant procedures.
Firm Representation:
Act as an ambassador for the firm by nurturing relationships with client personnel.
Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
