They are seeking a motivated and experienced Audit Senior Manager to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a manager looking to take the next step in their career in a supportive top 20 firm. Responsibilities: Audit Planning and Management:

Oversee the effective, professional, and efficient delegation, work-flow, and completion of audit assignments for clients.

Technical Expertise:

Stay current with developments in audit and financial reporting standards and related matters.

Advisory Role:

Provide advanced technical guidance and audit planning advice to clients.

Support for Audit Leadership:

Assist Audit Partners and Directors in planning audits and local reporting tasks.

Team Management and Development:

Lead and support a team of audit staff, helping them achieve their goals while fostering skill development and capability growth.

Client Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other contacts. Act as the primary contact for larger clients on day-to-day audit matters.

Efficient Audit Execution:

Collaborate closely with the audit team to ensure all audit tasks are performed efficiently and in compliance with the Firm's audit policies and relevant procedures.

Firm Representation:

Act as an ambassador for the firm by nurturing relationships with client personnel.

Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
