Job Description Leading and managing a wide range of audit and assurance assignments. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timescales. Working closely with clients to build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service. Supervising and mentoring junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise. Reviewing and analysing financial statements for audit reporting. Contributing to the development of audit processes and procedures. Working flexibly and travelling as required for audit visits. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Audit & Accounts Senior' should have: A strong academic background in accounting or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services sector. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Outstanding communication and client service skills. A detail-oriented approach, with strong analytical skills. Knowledge of current audit practices and regulations. Flexibility to work varying hours and travel as needed for audit visits. What's on Offer An attractive salary in the region of £35,000 - £34,000 per annum. DOE Full study support and opportunities for continuous professional development.
