Are you an Audit Senior or Semi-Senior looking for a fresh challenge in Stevenage? A leading Firm of Accountants with culture at its core, is looking for an Audit Senior or Semi-Senior to join their growing audit and assurance team in Stevenage, paying a salary from £50,000+ for qualified candidates. Reporting directly to an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the progress of audit assignments from planning through to completion. You will also be reviewing the work of junior colleagues as well as coaching and supporting them in their development. Audit engagements may take place remotely or on client sites, so you will utilise a range of technological solutions in addition to your people skills to deliver a quality service, on time and on budget, working in collaboration with the wider audit team. Responsibilities: Act as first point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis Produce work for Manager and/or Partner review Have primary responsibility for monitoring progress against budget Coach junior members of staff through sharing knowledge Assist in the planning, execution and finalisation of all areas of the audit assignment for manager or partner review Requirements: Qualified ACA/ACCA/CA or part-qualified Recent experience in Audit and Assurance within an accountancy practice Experience in leading external audit assignments from

planning to completion

under International Standards on Auditing and preparing accounts in accordance with
