Audit Senior required. My client is a well-known firm of chartered accountants and businesses, based in the Stoke area. My client's audit function is continuing to grow and are now seeking an Audit Senior to join their friendly and growing team to provide a wide range of audit services across a diverse range of clients.

Audit Senior Position Overview Successful candidate will be responsible for audit management from planning to completion. Take charge of the onsite audit team and be responsible for delivering high quality audit fieldwork. Provide sound advice to our clients on all audit matters. Maintain and build positive and longstanding relationships with clients to support the firm's success and growth. Mentor and supervise the more junior members of the team. Deputise for the audit manager if required.
Audit Senior Position Requirements Previous experience working in an accountancy practice (essential). Previous experience leading an audit assignment from planning through to approval of the statutory accounts by the board. Possess financial reporting knowledge (essential). Excellent verbal and written communications via email, over the phone and face to face. A highly organised individual who excels in a client-facing role. Ability to identify issues as well as opportunities and provide appropriate solutions.
Audit Senior Position Remuneration £38,000-£40,000 (dependant on experience) 21 days annual leave + 4 day Christmas shutdown + bank holidays Hybrid working Option to finish at 2pm on Fridays Quarterly solutions Foodie Fridays Death in service 4 x annual salary.
