Teaching Personnel are working closely with one of our Secondary Schools based in the Falmouth area who are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join them in January. They are seeking a committed candidate who is looking to kickstart their career in Education.

An ideal candidate will be flexible and patient working with Autism. It's so important to understand and adapt your approach depending on the pupils' needs. Roles can vary from working on a 1:1 or group basis with pupils depending on how high the levels of Autism are. You will be helping and assisting with their work throughout the day alongside helping the class teacher, also providing emotional support around the school to ensure they feel comfortable between lessons.
