At Scottish Autism, we value our Autism Practitioners, providing top-notch training to ensure they deliver high-quality support. This is a fantastic opportunity, even if you're new to the field. Experience in social care is desirable but not essential - just a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include: Creating personalised support plans Building positive relationships Collaborating with families and health professionals Encouraging independence, community involvement, and personal development Shift work, including weekends and evenings, is required.
