Our SEN School in Calne is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Autism Support Worker to enrich our "Therapy First" community. Our in-house team excels in delivering tailored occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and emotional regulation support, empowering each student to thrive. Your Role: As an integral part of our team, you will provide hands-on support to children with autism, ADHD and related communication challenges. You'll apply a fusion of innovative strategies, encouraging social, emotional and academic growth. Engage with learners in both structured and natural environments, ensuring they receive the highest quality support personalised to their unique needs. If You Are: Profoundly interested in special educational needs (SEND) Experienced, or eager to gain expertise, in supporting individuals with autism A collaborative spirit ready to join our multidisciplinary team Motivated to help students soar beyond perceived limitations Here you will witness daily breakthroughs and be celebrated for your pivotal role in our students' journeys. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Pay:
