Autism Support Worker , you will provide personalised care and support to students with autism. This role gives you the opportunity to make a positive impact on their well-being and overall development as they follow their educational health care plans. Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For: Follow personalised care plans and lesson plans from the teacher to meet each student's unique needs. Create a supportive and inclusive environment that helps students become more independent and grow personally. Use good communication strategies to build trust and connect with students with autism. Work with a team of teachers and staff to provide complete support for students. Keep accurate records of each student’s progress and activities. The Successful Candidate Will: Previous experience as an

Autism Support Worker

in a school or similar role is preferred. Understanding of autism spectrum conditions and effective support strategies. Great communication and people skills.
