complex needs. Responsibilities of the Autism Teaching Assistant (TA) Provide tailored, child-centred support for students with Autism. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement effective strategies. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Remain resilient and proactive in managing challenges in the classroom. Requirements of the Autism Teaching Assistant (TA) Previous experience working with children with Autism and complex needs. Work on a 1:1 basis to meet the specific needs of individual students. A strong understanding of ASD and related strategies.
