Auto Electrician Responsibilities:

We have an immediate requirement for an Auto Electrician on a temp to perm basis. You will play a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the electrical systems of our vehicles are installed and maintained to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Electrical Installation:

Install and integrate electrical systems into vehicles according to engineering wiring diagrams and specifications. Testing:

Conduct tests on electrical systems to identify and troubleshoot any issues, ensuring quality and reliability. Repair and Maintenance:

Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on electrical systems. Quality:

Inspect electrical installations to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including installation procedures, repairs, and maintenance. Team:

Work closely with engineering and production teams to coordinate all electrical installations and resolve any technical issues that arise. Auto Electrician Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Experience:

Auto electrician with 3 years' experience within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools. Attention to Detail:

High-quality workmanship. Problem-Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions. Team Player:

Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively within a busy team environment. Certifications:

Relevant qualifications in auto electrical engineering are desirable. Shift:

45 Hour Shift Monday - Friday. Auto Electrician Benefits:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Bonus Scheme. 24 days holiday + 8 days Bank Holidays. Death in Service Insurance. Opportunity for professional development. 45 Hour Week. 07.00 - 5.30 Mon - Thur, 07:00 - 2.30 Fri. Immediate start available. References will be required.
