Automation & Reliability Engineer , you will play a crucial role in optimizing the reliability and efficiency of our production systems. You ll drive innovation through advanced diagnostic and predictive technologies while championing continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to reducing downtime, enhancing productivity, and aligning with our vision of a highly automated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Predict & Prevent Failures:

Lead the implementation of condition-based monitoring systems to optimize asset performance. Root Cause Analysis:

Identify underlying issues and develop strategic solutions to reduce downtime. Automate & Modernize:

Drive the integration of cutting-edge automation technologies into maintenance practices. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Develop a reliability program with advanced data analytics and KPIs to monitor system health and improve MTTR/MTBF. Collaborate & Innovate:

Partner with cross-functional teams to design control systems that enhance efficiency and safety. Knowledge Sharing:

Standardize best practices, conduct training sessions, and elevate team skills. Support CI Projects:

Lead and manage Continuous Improvement initiatives to solve technical challenges with innovative solutions. Experience & Skills We Value: Proven expertise in

root cause analysis

and

condition-based monitoring . Demonstrated success in

automation/controls projects

within a manufacturing setting. Strong background in

mechanical or electrical engineering

with a focus on reliability. Proficiency with

CMMS

and maintenance management software. Exceptional communication skills to lead multidisciplinary teams and explain technical concepts effectively. A proactive, forward-thinking approach with a passion for leveraging technology to transform maintenance practices.
