Automation Project Manager

£45,000 - £75,000 + 10% Bonus, £6k Car Allowance & Pension Manage high-tech projects for blue-chip clients. Project values range from £50k to £3M. Electrical Project Manager - The Role:

You will be responsible for all aspects of Project Management throughout the project lifecycle. Duties will include: Collecting all contractual obligations, commercial & technical information Understanding, reviewing and communicating requirements to team members Establishing clear ownership for project tasks Troubleshooting technical issues when the need arises Managing documentation Organising and attending FAT, site meetings and surveys with customers Follow-ups during installation & commissioning stages with particular focus on activities including Health & Safety Electrical Project Manager - The Person:

Degree or equivalent in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Project Management experience from electrical & controls automation background, preferably machine-based. Proficiency in MS Office & MS Project is essential. Must be flexible for c25% travel throughout the UK - with occasional overseas travel. Team player with excellent communication skills who takes a confident, proactive and organised approach to work. This role is commutable from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Telford, Staffordshire, Chester. Ideal for Control Engineer, Automation Project Engineer, Applications Engineer or Proposals Engineer wanting to progress into Project Management. For more information, contact Sharon Hill.
