We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Python & Playwright. As an Automation Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their software solutions through the development and execution of automated test scripts. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automated test scripts using Python & Playwright. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design test cases that cover all functional and non-functional aspects. Execute and maintain automated test suites to validate the functionality, performance, and security of our software applications. Identify, track, and report defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Conduct root cause analysis of issues and implement corrective actions to improve the overall quality of our software. Continuously enhance and optimize the automation testing framework and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective test coverage and participate in agile development practices. Qualifications and Skills:

Strong experience as an Automation Test Engineer, with a focus on Python & Playwright. NHS and/or public sector work experience is a major advantage. Solid understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium. Proficient in designing and implementing test automation scripts using Python & Playwright. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
