Your role will include advising employers and prospective learners on the best programmes and bespoke training, inducting learners onto work-based learning, and ensuring everything aligns perfectly with employer needs. and join us on this exciting journey! What we're looking for: Previous practical experience in Automotive Engineering. An assessor's qualification, or willingness to work towards. An interest in supporting young people to learn and develop new skills. The ability to work successfully within a team. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A UK Driving Licence and willingness to visit stakeholders offsite. What we offer: Annual Salary:

£28,755 up to £30,992

dependant on experience Full-time position,
