Automotive EV Specialist Coach

to join the Stellantis Performance Academy based in Coventry, who is ideally based in the North East / Scotland area. Positioning Stellantis EV products and services is an essential part of the Performance Academy objectives for both Sales and Aftersales retailer staff. The Accelerate the Switch Team is a newly formed part of the business with the goal to increase retailer performance and the delivery of service excellence via immersive, experiential training programmes. We are looking for an individual that possesses a real passion, enthusiasm and tenacity for full electric vehicles, the nine Stellantis UK brands are at the forefront of BEV technology in both passenger vehicles and LCV with several new and exciting products being launched year on year. You should already have a high level of knowledge and understanding of BEV vehicles so that you can confidently deliver training and coaching sessions to both retailer staff and customers via both face-to-face and virtual delivery. As an Accelerate the Switch Specialist Coach, you will be expected to: Plan and deliver EV experiential training sessions designed to enhance retailer performance Deliver sessions from regional experience centres across the UK Conduct in-retailer coaching sessions – one to many delivery Deliver regional Electrified customer VIP events Creation and delivery of dedicated EV blogs / podcasts Deliver virtual product / technology presentations supporting customer appointments Support the creation of customer content via our new SMS contact programme Support in the delivery of Brand Induction events Support in the delivery of new model vehicle launch events both regionally and virtually About you: In-depth knowledge of BEV Technology: A comprehensive understanding of battery electric vehicle technology is essential. This includes knowledge of battery types, charging infrastructure, electric drivetrains, regenerative braking systems, and electric vehicle architecture. Training and Facilitation Skills: Effective training and facilitation skills are necessary for delivering engaging and informative coaching sessions. This includes the ability to design and conduct training programs, create instructional materials, and facilitate hands-on learning experiences. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Problem-Solving Abilities: Being able to address questions, challenges, and issues related to BEV technology is crucial for a BEV coach. Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Given the rapidly evolving nature of BEV technology, a BEV coach must be adaptable and committed to continuous learning. This includes staying updated on the latest advancements in BEV technology, industry trends, and best practices. Customer Focus: A BEV coach should have a customer-centric approach, focusing on the needs and goals of the individuals or teams they are coaching. This includes actively listening to their concerns, providing personalised guidance, and offering support throughout the learning process. Team Collaboration: Collaboration skills are essential for working effectively with other members of the Performance Academy involved in BEV development. This includes the ability to collaborate on cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
