Parts Advisor Required in Medway, Kent Company Type: Main Dealership Salary Details: £28.5k Basic Salary + Bonus Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm NO WEEKENDS Fantastic company to work for with an excellent reputation across the South East The Role: As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our workshop and retail customers receive the correct parts promptly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Responsibilities: Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories. Process parts orders for both the workshop and retail customers. Maintain accurate stock levels and handle inventory management. Build and sustain strong customer relationships. Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of parts. Handle returns and warranty claims professionally and efficiently. Requirements: Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role (preferably in a dealership environment). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of automotive systems and parts catalogues is advantageous. Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software. A proactive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset.
