What the role involves

• Stability & Heritage: Build your career with a privately owned, established business that actively focuses on staff longevity and building strong team relationships.
• Component Identification: Use Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC) to precisely source and identify components for retail, trade, and internal workshop orders.
• Workshop Support: Work closely with our service technicians to ensure swift and accurate parts delivery, keeping workshop efficiency high and vehicle downtime low.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels.
• Assist with inventory optimization.
• Oversee core returns.

Skills and requirements

• Industry Experience: A proven track record working as a Parts Advisor within either a franchised main dealer or a motor factor environment.
• Systems Proficiency: Solid experience using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as Pinnacle, Kerridge, or equivalent software.

Confirmed role details

• £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience).
• Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:15).
• 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00 – 12:30).
• Work within a supportive setting that encourages seasoned advisors to further refine and master their trade.
