What the role involves

- Component Identification: Use Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC) to precisely source and identify components for retail, trade, and internal workshop orders.
- Workshop Support: Work closely with our service technicians to ensure swift and accurate parts delivery, keeping workshop efficiency high and vehicle downtime low.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels.
- Assist with inventory optimization.
- Oversee core returns.
Skills and requirements
- Industry Experience: A proven track record working as a Parts Advisor within either a franchised main dealer or a motor factor environment.
- Systems Proficiency: Solid experience using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as Pinnacle, Kerridge, or equivalent software.
Confirmed role details
- £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience).
- Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:15).
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00 – 12:30).
- Work within a supportive setting that encourages seasoned advisors to further refine and master their trade.
