Automotive Parts Advisor Wednesbury Permanent, Full-time Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 (plus monthly bonus) Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Due to recent growth, my client is looking to increase their sales team at their Wednesbury site. The main focus for this position will be to increase the profitability of the department. If you are proactive and a driven individual who can seek opportunities and close a sale then this could be the role for you! Experience in the automotive industry is required, especially within the mobility sector.

You will need a genuine passion for customer service, ability to show empathy, build rapport, problem solve, and seek solutions to help customers regain their independence and assist them throughout their purchase. You will be offering advice on specialised adaptation solutions and managing vehicle movement to and from car dealerships within the local area.

Main responsibilities of the Parts Advisor/ Adaptations Specialist:

Respond to all incoming customer enquiries via email or over the phone within an agreed timescale Proactively contact existing customers to offer new products and services Promote the Sirus brand at exhibitions around the UK - an exciting opportunity to meet suppliers and customers face to face Build rapport and fact-find customer requirements, then offer solutions based on their specific needs Arrange adaptation demonstrations Follow up on all demonstrations, creating a personalised quotation/order using Sage 200 Update CRM system with all customer details/contact Assist team members to ensure that all team targets are achieved

Experience required for the Parts Advisor/ Adaptations Specialist: Experience in an automotive or dealership environment is beneficial Experience dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone Good communication skills both written and verbal Creative and innovative thinking Attention to detail Team player Problem solving/adaptability Ability to plan and organise diaries Target focused (proven results) Clean UK Driving License
