Our client, an industry leader in the Automotive sector, is seeking a personable Retention Advisor professional to join this expanding department today.
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
To identify buying signals and to offer and make appointments for the Sales Teams to follow up. To engage actively with each customer interaction in order to nurture interest in the company's products and services. To deliver an exciting and exceptional customer sales experience throughout. To develop your skills and product knowledge through active engagement with training, and to build real empathy with the brand.
