Automotive Sales Representative with Rallye BMW!

Seeking energetic, reliable and motivated individuals with automotive sales experience to join our winning team! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their automotive sales experience to engage with a luxury client base and be a part of an outstanding team with a proven track record of success! Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Thoroughly explaining aspects of buying or leasing to all customers utilizing up-to-date product and pricing information. Responsible for following up and retention of current and previous customers through direct phone calls and sponsored customer events. Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction per BMW internal customer surveys and per external measurements (industry surveys) by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving any customer problems and/or complaints. Upgrade knowledge of BMW products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by attending trade shows and/or educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies. Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation. Ensure regular use of sales prospecting and follow-up systems to increase retail facility business via CDK, Eleads, Automotive Mastermind, etc. Keep clients informed of any changes prior to delivery. PAY RANGE: $120,000 - $250,000 ANNUALLY Minimum Requirements: Current and valid Driver's License. Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience required. Previous highline automotive sales experience preferred. Excellent customer service experience. Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK & E-Leads strongly preferred). Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills. Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability. Professional personal appearance. Additional Benefits: Industry leading payplan!
