Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Repair and replace automotive electrical systems, ensuring all components function correctly.
Align wheels and adjust suspension systems to enhance vehicle performance.
Utilize welding techniques for repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding their vehicle's needs and recommended services.
Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic in an automotive dealership or repair shop.
Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and vehicle maintenance practices.
Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
