VDA/Assistant Bodyshop Manager required in Leicester
up to £36,000 + £14,000 OTE

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified VDA/Assistant Bodyshop Manager to begin his training to become a Bodyshop Manager.
Extremely well-established, this Franchised Dealership will provide the right candidate the perfect opportunity to work on some of the nicest vehicles in the industry as well as receive the best training in the sector.
Mentoring over 20 members of staff, you will become integral to the success of the department and manage work across all areas within the bodyshop.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and electrical damage to vehicles. Accurately estimate parts and labour costs to repair damage. Prepare insurance forms to document repair costs and recommendations. Negotiate contracts with suppliers for parts and materials. Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standard. Assist colleagues and provide guidance when necessary. Resolve day-to-day issues and support team productivity.
Requirements of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technologies. Strong communication and organisational skills. Experience using Audatex. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
